FAQ: What do I need to bring for shop service?

If you have a desktop (tower) computer, you need the tower itself and recovery disks if any were supplied with the computer. Please retain any cables, keyboards, mice & peripherals unless that particular peripheral is an issue.  For laptop computers please provide your power cord as well as recovery media if available.
